Following the Government’s announcement on 23 March, we would like to advise that Warehouse Money Visa Card has been listed as Essential Services and will continue to operate to assist with your financial needs.
Due to current COVID-19 government recommendations, our teams are either working remotely or are in physical distancing configurations within the office. As a result, there may be delays in responding to your phone or email enquiry.
With a number of corporates taking a similar approach there could be additional stress on New Zealand's digital and electronic infrastructure which may affect our team servicing your enquiries via phone or email. 9th April update: payWave limit change
To help reduce the need for shoppers to touch PIN-pads Warehouse Money and the wider payment card industry have collaborated with Payments NZ to roll out a temporary increase of the payWave limit from $80 to $200. See our FAQ's for more information.
