    How to Pay

    You can make repayments in any of the following ways:

    • Internet banking – if you're registered for internet banking with your bank, you can set us up as a payee and make one-off payment to us each month to repay all or part of your credit card balance
    • Automatic payment – if you’re registered for internet banking with your bank, you can set up an ongoing automatic payment to us of a specific amount at regular intervals (for example, weekly or monthly)
    • Over the counter payment – If you would like to pay in person, just take your Warehouse Money statement to your nearest NZ Post Shop. $1.50 fee applies.

    If you are setting up a Bill Payee for internet and automatic payments, your bank should have your card type loaded as Warehouse Money

    You’ll need to enter your details so we can match your payment to your card.

    Enter the following sets of information:

     Particulars: This is your account number
     Code: This is your last name and initials
     Reference: This is your 9 digit customer number

    Electronic payments are preferred but if you can’t pay in one of these ways, you can call us on 0800 801 808 to talk about other ways to pay.

    We encourage you to pay the balance in full each month to avoid interest charges. If you make only the minimum monthly payment which is the greater of $20 or 3% of your closing balance, it will take longer to pay off your balance.

    Cancelling your policy

    If this insurance is no longer right for you, you can cancel it at any time by notifying us. Once SmartGuard is cancelled, you will not be covered for any claimable events that occur after You can cancel your policy at any time using any one of these methods.
